The newly postpartum mom who’s looking to rebuild post baby. You’re wanting a program that can bridge the gap between having your baby and your favorite group fitness class. You know you aren’t ready for high volume or high intensity movement and need some (re)building. You want to have a calm and confident approach to fitness and workout in a way that leads to more life and less overwhelm. This is for you.

The Process

A complete breakdown of what to expect because details matter: 
  • Hit any button, sign up + pay.
  • Immediate welcome packet emailed to you that gives you all the details and need to know.
  • Truecoach invite within 24-48 hours. This will be where your program is housed. You can download the app and get access to your workouts anywhere you want.
  • Program will start the following Monday so you have time to get ready and purchase any equipment necessary: you’d want a few pairs of dumbbells (light to heavy), resistance bands (small and long loops). You can also use a bag full of books around your house, so don’t let a lack of equipment stop you.
  • You’ll have 3 workouts per week for the duration of your program.
  • Focus of workouts will be to increase mobility, stability + work capacity.
  • Once you start, you’ll fill out a weekly check-in form that you are to complete, we dive deep into how your week’s breakdown was: sleep, diet, stress, training, etc.
  • Weekly touchpoints and opportunity for form feedback throughout the program.
  • Client only educational resources housed within app, including The Momfit Guide + Strong(her) Core
  • After 8 weeks you’ll have the option to upgrade to 1:1 remote coaching to continue in your fitness goals!

I credit a lot of being able to move without much modification or discomfort (at 33 weeks) to the continued work Blanche and I did together. I feel very fortunate to have had little to no issues with daily movement and even gaining upper body strength during this season- I went from working with 8lb weights to comfortably being able to do movements with 15lbs. All in prep for common movements associated with motherhood.

It’s been so nice to see actual, functional outcomes to training. I have a shoulder that needs rehabbing after a decade of chronic pain. After working with Blanche to systematically strengthen my shoulder and whole body, my chronic pain has reduced significantly. Doing things that would have made my shoulder ache for weeks this time a year ago is now possible without pain.

I loved how so much of the workouts are targeting deep muscles and that is something that has helped with where my body stores stress. There are no refunds available because of the nature of this product being largely digital.

Program is focused on rebuilding stability and aerobic capacity in training as well as increasing mobility and strength. Workouts usually range from 30-45 minutes in length.

Up to you! Workout at your home, gym or at a park! That’s the beauty of a remote program, workout whenever and wherever you want.
