You’re ALL ABOUT wanting to build rooted + resilient strength… you just don’t live in Boerne, the times for classes don’t work for you and your schedule, or maybe you just enjoy your home gym more than anything. We offer a variety of template training programs as well as 1:1 remote coaching.

Special Series

Are you pregnant or postpartum? We have special prenatal training series just for you. We get that pregnancy is it’s own training stage and postpartum is well, a lot. You can (re)build and transition back to fitness without the overwhelm.

We also have a new series coming Spring 2024, Goals to Growth, stay tuned for more on this special series.

If you’re a local to Boerne and you love for you’re seeing, come try out a membership in the studio. We have personal training, small group training, trx+ classes are all offered within the Rooted Strength Studio. We are currently off I-10 near fair oaks but plan to move in late 2024 to a new location.

Prenatal Training Series
January - February 2024 | 8 weeks

Training, education + support all wrapped into one. Train + prepare for labor and delivery through this 8 week series, 3 classes per week, in app educational content included like the bumpfit guide + strong(her) core.

Postpartum Training Series
May-June 2024 | 6 weeks

Training, education + support all wrapped into one. (re)build + transition back to fitness with this 6 week series, 2 classes per week, in app educational content included like the momfit guide + strong(her) core. Focus includes breathwork, core strength, mobility and rebuilding work capacity.

Prenatal Training Series
September-October 2024 | 8 weeks

Training, education + support all wrapped into one. Train + prepare for labor and delivery through this 8 week series, 3 classes per week, in app educational content included like the bumpfit guide + strong(her) core.

Goals to Growth
March 2024

6 week cohort focused on moving from dreams to messy action. We will dive into important principles that help you towards your goals, have a 1:1 goal setting session, in app support with daily touchpoints + accountability, educational lessons, weekly topics + more.

FAQ

After spending quite a bit of time in the fitness industry, I have found this is the easiest and most convenient way for both the client and myself. And yes, you can pause or cancel at anytime.

For membership: anytime! 

For classes: there is no rollover for small group training or trx classes, there is an online option to see the workout of the day.

Personal Training: reschedules can happen the week of unless it’s due to the owner, then we can reschedule within the month of billing.

Off I-10 near fair oaks ranch, within Stahmann Square, late 2024 we will be moving to my homestead of 46 once we build the new studio!

Personal Training: typically 50-60 minutes of session time.

Small Group Training: anywhere from 40-55 minutes.

TRX+: 30 minute class times.
