Blanche’s passion for coaching pregnant and postpartum women has left me feeling empowered, well-informed and ready for the challenges of being a mom for the first time. Not only was her program pivotal for helping me stay active in my pregnancy with workouts tailored to my fitness goals, but she also helped me prepare mentally for the transformation that happens in becoming a mom. Her encouragement and thoughtful answers helped me address my insecurities and fears in my last trimester.

And after I welcomed my firstborn into the world, she was right there to support me as I began the healing and rebuilding process after giving birth. Rather than sharing unrealistic expectations of how to “bounce back” like other programs, she goes much deeper and reinforces that you are strong, capable and prepared to take on the next steps as you pursue a healthy lifestyle as a new mom.
