This isn't your average training program...

There’s intention behind everything in this program + it’s literally been years in the making. 

It’s not your average training program because pregnancy is anything but an average season. There’s so much growth physically, mentally and emotionally. Your body is going through a unique season and your training should reflect that. Here at RSC, we believe pregnancy is it’s own training stage.

But hear me out… it’s going to be more than banded exercises.

Because this also isn’t your average prenatal training program.

Motherhood demands a lot from your body so we will be building resilient strength during this series. You’ll need to squat, deadlift all the things off the floor, carry all the other things, push the stroller, pull your baby up, etc. We WILL work with your body but you know what else? 

You’re going to find out how strong you really are… you ready?

The Breakdown

  • Training::

    • You’ll get 2 small group training sessions per week held at Orion Private Studio, near the Dominion.
    • Capped at 5 participants to ensure quality coaching.
    • Each participant will get a comprehensive assessment prior to the group class starting so workouts are personalized to you.
    • Each trimester has a different focus and intention. Your training will reflect that. Each participant will either be building the foundation, building capacity or tapering to prepare for birth.


  • Education::

    • Birth Mapping Resource.
    • The Momfit Guide: Transitioning back to Fitness Postpartum
    • Strong(Her) Core Program, 40+ page educational program to help you learn how to build strength in every season with your core!
  • Support:

      • Weekly check-ins to see how you are recovering and adapting to training.
      • Once a month Coffee + Community meet ups for current and alumni participants!

This is a membership style class schedule, so you won’t be able to makeup any classes you miss.

Orion Private Studio! If you need more remote services, check out my Blossom Strong Program where you can workout from the comfort of your own home/gym!

Every client will have a different experience, but to start the class there will generally be some form of check-in. Then we do some mobility + movement prep and follow with a workout that will be 30-45 minutes long.

You can! You’ll be able to finish out the current month!
