I’ve added implementation zones so you can apply what you’re learning and get active in the process. I’ve also added digestible 5-minute video lessons affectionately called Blanche’s Blurbs throughout the program. These offer another way to explain a concept or invite you to get more active through answering questions or trying out specific strategies for breath + posture, as an example.
